STRESS TO KILL STRESS
Stress- the word itself has so much stress in it when you just pronounce or write with so many 's' in it. Everyone in their life at some point or other has stressed. It is not uncommon to have experienced stress in life; however, the problem arises when we do not know how to deal with it.
The problem is actually not the problem at all but not finding a solution to it is. If we work, if we compete, if we dream or just actually think - there will be stress at some point. There is no need to run away from it or get scared by it. The only thing required is to find a way out of this stress. At no point in time, should it overpower us. Stress has been there since the existence of mankind but it has gathered more strength now due to the way the world is changing at a jet speed.
Stress to kill stress- as the heading says would be something like this
S- Sympathize yourself in a difficult situation. Show concern and love to YOURSELF.
T- Trust yourself like you would your loved ones in time of difficulty. Give yourself time, space and opportunity to find the solution. Trust that you are going to find a solution for sure and will be out of this junk definitely!
R-Remind yourself that you are not alone. Everyone in this world has gone through awkward and difficult situations. There is no need to panic. This time will too pass.
E- Enjoy life. Problems are just a trivial part of this beautiful life we have been gifted. Keep moving. Let not these small things stop you from enjoying your life to the fullest. There should be no regrets when you turn back and look at your life years later.
S- Smile. Smile often. Find reasons to smile. Meet up old friends. Visit your old school. Have a lunch with colleagues. Just walk in the lap of nature. Go for a vacation with your dear one. Spend time with parents. Plan a surprise for your family. Restart your lost hobbies. There can be a hundred reasons to make you smile. You just have to try.
S- Stack up. Stack up on friends. Friends at every point in life, at every age, everywhere you go. Stack them up and among them have a few ones - the 3 a.m. friends. The ones you can rely on and will be available for you anytime.
This much would suffice. Let's not run away or hide but face our stress factors with grace. Have faith - it is going to pass away soon.
Regards
SRN
